We offer a wide range of materials for extrusion, including the simultaneous extrusion of two thermoplastics. Our technicians possess the expertise needed to produce rigid or flexible thermoplastic profiles in various sizes, shapes, and colors.
To assist our customers in achieving the ideal product while optimizing costs and processes, we have an in-house tooling facility that allows us to develop molds swiftly. Additionally, we conduct simultaneous engineering and have 3D printers to enable our customers to verify their designs before mold manufacturing and large-scale production. This ensures that the final product meets their expectations and is of the highest quality.
In the last 10 years, we have produced 15,000 tons of profiles, which is equivalent to the weight of 60 Boeing 747s.

We opened our doors in 1985 in Canoinhas, Santa Catarina, and moved to Joinville after one year of operation. We tripled our manufacturing facilities and expanded our operations, producing thermoplastic profiles with high levels of quality. We established ourselves as a leading supplier of customized plastic profiles, serving numerous renowned national and multinational companies.

Occupying an area of 10,000 m², located in the North Industrial District of Joinville – SC, Uniplast is equipped with 18 modern extrusion lines and a team of over 150 dedicated employees working in 3 production shifts. This setup allows us to process up to 500 tons of various thermoplastics per month.
